Maxora helps users review selfies and track appearance-related routines. This policy explains what the app and API collect for that purpose.
Information We Process
We process your install identifier, entitlement state, App Attest security data, usage events, uploaded selfies, AI analysis results, and generated progress preview images.
Face Data and AI Processing
When you choose to run a scan, Maxora collects the face photo or selfie you select by uploading it from the app to Maxora’s backend. Maxora also processes the visible face and image content in that photo, AI analysis results, and any generated progress preview image. Maxora uses this face data only to provide the requested face analysis, progress preview, routine suggestions, safety checks, abuse prevention, storage/deletion controls, and app operation. Maxora does not use this data for identity verification, does not create Face ID templates or biometric identifiers, and does not sell or share it for advertising.
Maxora shares uploaded selfies and related prompts with Cloudflare, Inc. AI services through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Cloudflare receives the image and prompt only as needed to provide the requested AI processing for Maxora. Cloudflare is required to protect this data with the same or equal protection as Maxora and may not use it to sell advertising or identify the user.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide premium AI analysis, generate progress previews, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, process purchases through RevenueCat, and operate the service.
Storage and Retention
Original selfies are stored privately and scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Generated previews are stored privately and scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless the app saves a local copy at your direction.
AI Processing
Selfies and related prompts are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. AI services through AI Gateway Unified Billing. Maxora does not use direct Google API keys for the MVP backend.
Safety
Maxora is intended for users age 13 and older. The service rejects apparent under-13, unsafe, sexual, non-selfie, or unusable images. Maxora does not diagnose medical skin conditions.
Purchases
Purchase and entitlement events are managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We receive entitlement status needed to unlock premium features.
Delete Your Data
You can delete your install data from the app settings. This removes user linkage, analyses, jobs, usage events, entitlement rows, App Attest state, and related private image objects.
